Ndayishimiye Butoyi is the Director of Pathway Living Services and a health and social care leader with over 10 years of experience across supported living, residential care, mental health, learning disability and physical health services.

His leadership background includes strategic and operational oversight, safeguarding, compliance, workforce development, audits, quality assurance, risk management and person-centred support planning. He has led multi-site services and service improvement work with a strong focus on stability, accountability and positive outcomes for the people supported by each service.

His leadership approach is grounded in safe practice, clear communication and building support environments that promote dignity, confidence and greater independence.

Asma Aden is a health and social care professional with around 10 years of experience across domiciliary care, supported living, residential services, dementia care, learning disability, autism, mental health and rehabilitation support.

Alongside her role as Director at Pathway Living Services, she has also worked in management support within learning disability and autism services, contributing to service quality, staff development, person-centred care planning, safeguarding and operational oversight.

Her leadership approach is grounded in dignity, quality, equality and safe, person-centred support, with a strong focus on helping services remain organised, responsive and outcome-focused.
