A provider focused on people, progress and partnership working
We support adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and other complex support needs. Every person is different, so we tailor support around individual needs, strengths, goals, risks and lived experience.
Who we support
We work with adults who may benefit from structured support, emotional reassurance, tenancy-related support, practical help with daily living, or a more stable environment to move forward safely.
What we aim to achieve
Our aim is to help people feel safe, settled and supported while building confidence, routines, life skills and greater independence over time.
Practical help, emotional support and structured routines
Support is based on the person’s care plan, support needs and goals. This may include everyday practical support, emotional reassurance and help to stay engaged with important services.
Daily living support
Support with routines, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry, budgeting and managing responsibilities at home.
Appointments and wellbeing
Help to attend health appointments, mental health appointments, benefits meetings, education or other important commitments.
Medication and stability
Where appropriate, medication prompting or support, alongside routines that help promote emotional wellbeing and day-to-day stability.
Tenancy support
Help to understand tenancy responsibilities, manage bills, report repairs and maintain accommodation safely.
Independence building
Support designed to build skills and confidence over time rather than create dependence.
Community access
Support to reduce isolation, build confidence and take part in meaningful activities within the community.
Person-centred, safe and outcome focused
Good support is not only about practical tasks. It is also about trust, consistency, communication and helping people move forward safely.
Person-centred
We listen to the individual, understand what matters to them and shape support around their goals, preferences and needs.
Safe support
We use risk assessments, support plans, safeguarding procedures and regular reviews to help keep people safe.
Progress over time
We review support regularly so it can be increased, reduced or adjusted when needs or goals change.
- Assessment-led placements and compatibility checks
- Clear support plans with realistic goals and structure
- Regular review of support, risk and progress
- Collaborative communication with professionals where appropriate
- Focus on stability, independence and positive outcomes
Working together to support positive outcomes
We know that families, social workers, commissioners and other professionals all play an important role. Where appropriate, we work collaboratively to ensure support is consistent, well planned and focused on progress.

Families want to know that their loved one is safe, respected and receiving the right support. We aim to provide reassurance through structured care, clear communication and a compassionate approach.
For professionals
We work with professionals to support appropriate placements, safe transitions, good communication and regular review of outcomes and risks.
