Viewing and suitability discussion

Where appropriate, we may invite the individual, their family or involved professionals to view the service so we can help assess whether the environment is suitable, appropriate and likely to feel comfortable for the person.

Suitability and comfort review

We review whether the environment, support pathway and level of input are likely to meet the person’s needs and whether the placement is likely to feel safe, appropriate and manageable.

Next steps agreed

Following review, we provide clear feedback on likely fit, any further information needed and the next steps for progression, further discussion or transition planning.
